Television Pilot for an Hour-Long Teen Drama
Clair is a gifted high school student who mother has died and her father has run off after committing a crime. Unbeknownst to the adults around her, she is raising herself and her younger sister after her grandmother goes into a nursing home. Desperate for money, Clair discovers she can anonymously collect rewards by locating criminals and turning them in. She recruits her high school friends to help her with the surveillance and legwork, and she blackmails a washed-up, crooked cop to help her bring in the fugitives.
